Identification:
Lion’s Mane mushrooms have icicle-like teeth hanging from a central stalk. While they start off relatively short, the teeth grow to be over 1 centimeter long, sometimes much longer.
Store in a paper bag for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator
Usage:
Suggest that you cut into 1/2 inch ‘steaks’ or make into ‘Crab’ cakes.
Nutritional Properties:
A 100g serving of lion’s mane provides 24 calories, with 3.6g of carbohydrates and 2.4 grams of protein.
Medicinal Properties:
Proponents claim that lion's mane can help with a variety of health problems, including:

I have been getting mushroom blocks monthly from JCB and am very happy. I have managed to get 3 harvests from some blocks. The owner is very good at giving advice and answering questions for new mushroom growers. I thoroughly recommend. I have grown lions mane, Italian, blue and black oyster. All good!
Lion's Mane Grow kit
My 3 year old and I have had an amazing time with this kit. It has been a rewarding and fun activity, easy to use, with an impressive yield. We may have harvested a little early, it was hard to contain my son's enthusiasm for harvesting and eating them!
The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We ordered both the Lions Mane and the Snow Oyster mushroom kits. The mushrooms grew very quickly and were very plentiful. Lots of fun to use these kits and the mushrooms are very tasty for eating!
